- Assist customers with order tracking, shipping information, and product-related questions.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and sales, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide customers with product and service information, including updates on new features and offerings.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes and protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the customer service experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
