Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat), addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, shipping information, and product-related questions.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and sales, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide customers with product and service information, including updates on new features and offerings.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes and protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the customer service experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • High level of patience and professionalism when dealing with difficult situations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cross-border logistics and international shipping processes.
  • Knowledge of additional regional languages.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Previous experience in a startup or dynamic work environment.
